Located in the Ridgewood Local Historic District, 116 Mulberry Street is Shingle-style house build circa 1890.
THREAT
This house was foreclosed by the Federal National Mortgage Association. Soon afterwards, a fire caused an estimated $200,000 damage. Fannie Mae sold the house, and the new owner has replaced the fire-damaged roof. SPT reached out to the new owner to discuss potential funding SPT can not reach the owner.
