Located in the Ridgewood Local Historic District, 116 Mulberry Street is Shingle-style house build circa 1890.
The Federal National Mortgage Association repossessed this property in July 2019. In August, a fire caused an estimated $200,000 damage. The building was uninhabitable, and a tarp put on the structure after the fire is damaged leaving the roof open to the weather. Fannie Mae sold the house, and the new owner has replaced the fire-damaged roof. SPT has tried reaching out to this new owner to discuss potential funding.
